PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Set within the fast-growing NoMa neighborhood, Flats 130 is a vibrant mixed-use development component within the 2.7 million square foot Constitution Square project. Located adjacent to the NoMa-Gallaudet U Metro station, Flats 130 offers 643 luxury apartments above a 50,000 square foot Harris Teeter grocery store as well as a Hilton Garden Inn and three levels of underground parking. The project was constructed in two phases and earned LEED® Gold certification. Amenities include fitness centers, club and game rooms, pools, sun decks, green roofs, pet parks, and courtyards and terraces.

In 2014, joint venture development partners StonebridgeCarras and Walton Street Capital sold the residential property to TIAA-CREF.
